Happy Halloween! Brooke went trick or treating to a few houses and helped us hand out candy to all of the other trick or treaters. Leslie made a really cute ladybug costume for her to wear.

Brooke enjoyed herself at the pumpkin patch.

Fall is here and Brooke has been enjoying the outdoors now that it has cooled down. Of course, Douglas is with her as always. She likes to look at the mums and say "Flower" as she walks up and down our front walk.

Brooke likes books a lot. She'll often toddle over to the bookcase, pick out a book and sit on Lulu and read it. When she's done, she'll go pick a new book and do it again.

We also went to the 67th annual National Folk Festival. Brooke enjoyed dancing to all the bluegrass and gospel music.

Brooke is gearing up for Halloween. She doesn't like costumes though (we've tried 3 and she screamed with them all). Maybe she'll go as a little girl.
One of her favorite things to do is stick her head in the plastic pumpkin and make funny noises.

Brooke started walking in early October. She took her first steps at home walking between Mommy and Daddy and by the weekend of the 8th, we were struggling to keep up.
Now she can walk over to the stereo, turn it on, and dance away. We have some hilarious videos of her dancing.

In September, we went to a really neat festival called the Chicahominy Pow-Wow. We saw a lot of Native Americans in their regalia performing tribal dances. It was a lot of fun.

Here's the sweet ride that Kyle and Courtney gave me. Brooke loves racing up and down our driveway.

On September 3rd I took Daddy to Charlotesville for his birthday. He said something about "Class of 2025". I'm not sure what he meant, but I have a feeling I'll be seeing a lot more of this place in the future.

So, it's been a while since I posted. Please forgive us - We've been too busy to work on the blog!

This series of pictures is from our summer trip to Seattle. We went for ten days and had a great time. We saw tons of family and friends, got to go to the lake, went swimming at Grandpa's pool, and had fun at the Public Market. I was a little (ok, a lot) naughty on the plane, but Mommy and Daddy are still taking me back for Thanksgiving.
